NeighbourPLAN Talwood Resident Meeting

Calling all residents of the Talwood community! Come out to a NeighbourhoodPLAN meeting.  Talwood is one of three neighbourhoods participating in this exciting venture with Peterborough GreenUP running from 2017-2020.
